1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Hot Player Plus, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application, website, or related services.
2. The service
Hot Player Plus is media-player software for playlists and provider details supplied by the user. It does not include, host, sell, or provide television channels, movies, series, radio stations, IPTV packages, or content subscriptions.
3. Limited permission to use
You may use Hot Player Plus for personal, lawful purposes on supported devices, subject to these terms and any applicable store rules. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Your playlists and content
You are responsible for every playlist, provider account, credential, URL, and item of content you use. You must have the rights and permissions required to access and play that content. Hot Player Plus does not verify, endorse, or control third-party providers and is not a party to your agreement with them.
5. Device security
The virtual MAC identifies an app installation but is not confidential proof of ownership. If Lock MAC is disabled, a person who knows or guesses the virtual MAC may be able to change its playlists through the website. You are responsible for keeping the virtual MAC and provider credentials secure and for enabling Lock MAC and a PIN when appropriate.
6. Prohibited use
- Do not use the service to infringe copyright or other rights.
- Do not submit credentials, playlists, or device identifiers without authorization.
- Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, or security features.
- Do not distribute malware, disrupt infrastructure, scrape protected data, or use automated traffic that burdens the service.
- Do not misrepresent an affiliation with Hot Player Plus or sell unauthorized products under its name.
7. Activation and included service
Activation purchases provide access to Hot Player Plus software for one device. They do not include channels, movies, series, playlists, or third-party content subscriptions. You must supply content you are authorized to access; content-provider charges are separate.
8. Price and payment methods
The price is US$3.99 for 12 months of software access for one device. PayPal checkout processes the payment. PayPal may offer card payment processed by PayPal where available, and shows the amount before you approve payment.
9. Trial period
Hot Player Plus may be offered with a 30-day free trial to allow users to test the app. After this period, you may purchase a license or subscription to continue using premium features.
10. Renewal and management
Payment is one-time and does not renew automatically. To continue access, make another purchase manually before or after expiry. The 12-month period starts when payment completes. A renewal extends access from the current expiry date when time remains.
11. Refunds and cancellation
You may request cancellation of a purchase made on our website within 7 days of the transaction without giving a reason. Contact us at contact@hotplayerplus.com and include your device MAC address and transaction number. Do not send passwords or playlist credentials. Once the cancellation is processed, the activation will be removed and the device will no longer be authorized for use.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
12. Availability and changes
Features may change, be suspended, or become unavailable. Third-party providers, networks, devices, and app stores may affect playback or access. We may update the application or these services to improve functionality, security, or compatibility.
13. Intellectual property
Hot Player Plus software, branding, website design, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms.
14. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every provider, or the availability or legality of third-party content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hot Player Plus is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from third-party services, unauthorized playlist changes, or your use of content.
15. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the service changes. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions can be submitted through the Contact us link in the website header.
